John Neamonitis is the founder and General Partner of Lakehouse Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. John began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 at Brown Brothers Harriman in NYC and held senior analyst positions at Credit Suisse, AllianceBernstein, and GoldenTree Asset Management over the next 10 years.  In 2014, he co-founded WorkOf, one of the largest marketplaces for independent furniture design in the US. He graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance and International Business in 2002.
