Jonathan has over 30 years of healthcare experience in a range of health services, practice management, and technology businesses. Most recently he served as President, Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), a leading autism services provider that was successfully sold to Goldman Sachs impact fund realizing a sizable return for its investor.

Jonathan has served as an advisor to private equity firms- Gryphon Investors and Zenyth Partners and has worked for several PE backed businesses.

While President, CSD, one of the largest ABA providers in Western US, he not only guided the business to achieve more than a tenfold increase in scale but also helped the founder execute a successful recap transaction process with a capital partner, NMS.

Jonathan also served as an advisor to GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, one of the largest offshore and onshore global providers of RCM and HIM Services. GeBBS was sold to the Swedish Investment firm, EQT for more than $850 million.

Jonathan also served as Chief Operations and Financial Officer for The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute, a comprehensive cancer care services organization. In addition to this role, Mr. Doctor was acting Managing Director for The Angeles Clinic Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing cancer research and education throughout the nation.

Prior to The Angeles Clinic, Mr. Doctor served as Chairman, CEO and President for PracticeXpert Inc.- a company he co-founded in 1999 and sold in late 2006. Jonathan grew this company from scratch to an enterprise which provided practice management, RCM services and technology to over 1500 physicians in 45 states.

Prior to PracticeXpert, Mr. Doctor served as Founder and CEO of Care Delivery Solutions, a healthcare technology company which he, shortly after founding, sold to Parkstone Medical Solutions, a venture backed healthcare technology company. Prior to Care Delivery, he served as Vice-President of Operations for Value Oncology Sciences (an oncology disease and practice management company)- backed by NYSE company, Value Health in partnership with Warburg Pincus

Mr. Doctor has a technology, practice management and healthcare services background, and has served in a variety of management positions for Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound, Health Net and Value Health Sciences. He holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, an MPH from Yale University School of Medicine and an MBA from the USC Graduate School of Business. Mr. Doctor is also a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.

Mr. Doctor is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) and was Chairman, The GoldenWest Chapter. Mr. Doctor is widely published on topics related to system-based Disease Management and its role in health reform. Jonathan also lectures at the University of Southern California in the Viterbi School of Engineering on healthcare entrepreneurship.
